As we continue to grow in the marketplace, we have an excellent opportunity for a motivated, hardworking, driven Operations Manager to join our team. We are seeking a driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations as the onsite manager, inventory management, logistics, and customer service functions. This role is critical in ensuring smooth internal processes, timely fulfillment of orders, and alignment with company goals. The Operations Manager will work closely with leadership, sales, and technical teams to support growth and maintain operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including order processing, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse management
• Perform customer repairs on UAV’s as needed
• Inside Sales for consumer customers
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to support product launches and service initiatives Flight-testing, evaluating and commissioning of new aircraft
• Enter customer billing information in ERP.
• Invoice preparation as needed.
• Send statements to customers with open balances monthly
• Follow Company payment policies
• Perform credit checks, accounts receivable, collections and post payments.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate procurement activities. Prepare purchase orders as needed.
• Review and update inventory prices and item master
• Implement and optimize processes for efficient inventory management and order fulfillment
• Monitor inventory accuracy and physical counts
• Assist with product vendor statements, investigate and resolve any problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Support special projects, including trade shows, training events, customer events and product demonstrations

Qualifications:

• 3 years of operations, logistics, or warehouse management experience (UAV/technology industry a plus)
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and CRM platforms
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and best practices
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• While Preferred to have on day 1, FAA Part 107 will be required within 90-days of employment
• Motivated, Mature, Self-Starter
