MultiCare Sleep Medicine Services is a well-established, well respected business, AASM accredited since opening for business 25 years ago, MultiCare has been chosen as one of the top employers in the Puget Sound region. We have an active in-laboratory service with the availability of 26 beds in 4 sleep centers, as well as over 80 home-sleep testing units. Join an established sleep medicine team of 4 full time sleep medicine physicians and 2 nurse practitioners in this expanding service supporting patient referrals from our large employed medical group and other community providers. In addition to partnering with a collegial team this practice opportunity will include seeing new and returning patients, interpreting sleep studies, and attending monthly staff meetings. Currently call coverage for the sleep center involves a weekly rotation amongst the adult sleep medicine physicians, including the pulmonary group. This involves one week every month while utilizing Nihon Kohden, Alice Night One, PDX, and WatchPAT to assist in the management of patient care.

Experience Profile:
Board certified/eligible in Sleep Medicine at time of employment required
Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment required
DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority required
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association required
Primary specialty with subspecialty training in sleep medicine (Pulmonary desired)
Ability to see all types of sleep disorders including insomnia
Ability and training to prescribe medications
Ability to work well with others and have excellent rapport with patients and staff
