This position works with and provides advanced assistance to the radiation oncologist in treatment planning. This is an advanced level technical position working under limited supervision. Internal contacts are primarily within the work group. External contacts include physicians and patients.Minimum Requirements:Graduate of a medical dosimetrist program recognized by the American Assoc. of Medical DosimetristsORGraduate of an accredited program in radiation therapy and one year of on-the-job training as a medical radiation dosimetristORBachelors degree from an accredited college or university and one year of on-the-job training in medical radiation dosimetry under the supervision of a medical physicist or radiation oncologistTwo years of work experience performing dosimetry Education/Licenses/Certifications: Shift: Day Shifts Employment Type: Full-Time Regular
