Multicard, the Southwest’s leading Identification Management and Tracking solutions provider is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician for our Phoenix location.
What you’ll be doing:
- Onsite service and repair of customer equipment and software which includes Photo ID printers and embossers.
- Service/Troubleshooting issues
- Installation and training of software and printers
- Preventative maintenance visits – cleaning and inspection

- Comfortable with computers, printers and connectivity issues

This position will be based in Phoenix. This is a hybrid position that will be a mix of office and being in the field supporting our Arizona customers.

Requirements:
- Pass Background check
- Field Service experience
- Must live in the Phoenix Valley
- Valid State driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance and clean driving record
