Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Miami, FL. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and developing strategies to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams
- Familiarity with seafood or aquaculture industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required
