Property Manager 78-01

We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager in Memphis, TN.

Duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Management of leasing and maintenance staff members.
• Implementing marketing and leasing programs that will ensure maximum occupancy.
• Physically walking and inspecting the community on a daily basis.
• Maintaining minimal delinquent rent through personal contact and follow up.
• Coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders, apartment turns, and maintaining and improving overall property condition.
• Ensuring resident retention through relationship building and customer service.
• Maintaining accurate records.

Job Requirements:

• The successful candidate must have strong leadership and marketing skills.
• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Apartment management experience is required.
• Applicants must be customer service oriented, proactive, organized and be able to manage and prioritize workload.
• An outgoing personality, proven reliability and a willingness to learn are a must.
• Candidates must have strong communication skills.
• Applicants must be willing to adapt to a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
• Goal orientated, enthusiastic individuals are desired.
• Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours.
• Experience with ResMan preferred but not required.
