What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager 42-06 position at Multi-South Management Services?
We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager in the Collierville, TN area.
Duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Management of leasing and maintenance staff members.
- Implementing marketing and leasing programs that will ensure maximum occupancy.
- Physically walking and inspecting the community on a daily basis.
- Maintaining minimal delinquent rent through personal contact and follow up.
- Coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders, apartment turns, and maintaining and improving overall property condition.
- Ensuring resident retention through relationship building and customer service.
- Maintaining accurate records.
Job Requirements:
- The successful candidate must have strong leadership and marketing skills.
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Apartment management experience is required.
- Applicants must be customer service oriented, proactive, organized and be able to manage and prioritize workload.
- An outgoing personality, proven reliability and a willingness to learn are a must.
- Candidates must have strong communication skills.
- Applicants must be willing to adapt to a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
- Goal orientated, enthusiastic individuals are desired.
- Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours.
- Experience with Resman preferred but not required.
