Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years apartment maintenance experience.
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, and appliances
- Ability to prioritize work
- Good customer service skills
- Inspect grounds, buildings and other community features, manage the turn-key operations and work directly with the Property Manager
- Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others and have strong communication skills
- Work with vendors and oversee ordering supplies
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Ability to take after hours on-call emergencies when needed
