JOB TITLE: DM - District Manager (Gasoline/Retail)
FLSA STATUS: Salary, Exempt
SHIFT SCHEDULE: Full Time
REPORTS TO: Director of Operations
SALARY: $70,500
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for retail? We are seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee some of our gasoline/retail stores throughout California and is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple company locations.
The current territory consists of single locations in:
- Camarillo
- Newbury Park
- Simi Valley
- San Gabriel
- Rosemead
- Santa Fe Springs
- Palm Desert
The District Manager is expected to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and enhance the customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales and operational goals and budgets
- Adherence to company policies and procedures and governmental agency requirements to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Foster a positive store culture focused on customer service and teamwork
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff
- Actively engage with staff, stepping in to assist during busy periods or to cover shifts, demonstrating a hands-on approach
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in retail management preferably in a gasoline/retail site environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to regularly travel throughout California
