Multi Image Group (MIG) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team of 150 professionals working in the events industry.
MIG is a global production agency with 46 years of experience producing live events, creative digital content, and trade shows for the world’s leading brands. This role is a strong fit for someone looking to enter the interactive corporate experience space while utilizing sales and marketing expertise. This person will work alongside Account Executives, Executive Producers, Art Directors, Animators, Technical Directors, Lighting Designers, Creative Directors, Sound Engineers, and other Broadway-caliber professionals who create high-impact corporate events.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, collect, and sort documents for data entry and research
- Perform high-volume data entry using spreadsheets, forms, and Salesforce (CRM software)
- Perform market research as needed
- Maintain a filing system and protect confidential customer information
- Review data for errors, missing information, and reports any discrepancies
- Complete additional assigned tasks as required
Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective multitasking ability
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to do repetitive tasks with great precision
- The ability to work well with others and individually
- Foundational Microsoft skills
Requirements:
MIG is looking for a student in the South Florida area who is majoring in Sales, Business, Marketing, Advertising, or Media Communications (or related fields). The candidate should have solid computer and software literacy, with the ability to learn new technology quickly. Previous sales internship or participating in a student sales organization is preferred. PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, and Salesforce experience is a bonus, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this internship position.
