Responsibilities:
- Lead a maintenance team in maintaining a multifamily asset.
- Complete resident work orders promptly.
- Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards in a timely, professional manner.
Qualifications:
- EPA Certification (Type I and II or Universal) Required
- CPO preferred
- CAMT preferred
- Experience- Minimum 4 years in Multifamily Maintenance in a Supervisory role
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation
