Pest Control Technician – Licensed Required (Joplin, MO Area)
Location: Joplin, MO surrounding region
Job Type: Full-Time | Field based (you’ll be on the go)
About the Role
We’re not looking for someone who just wants to ride shotgun and hope the bugs go away. This is a results-driven, get-out-there-and-treat position. If you like actually doing the work, seeing direct results, and being compensated accordingly this is for you. If you just want “regular hours, minimal accountability” then don’t bother applying.
What You’ll Do
- Perform pest control treatments (interior & exterior) for residential and rental properties.
- Use your licensed status (or obtain quickly) to apply pesticides safely and correctly.
- Diagnose pest issues, recommend and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Work independently most of the day, but part of a support team.
- Show up on time. Be reliable. Get it done.
What We Expect
- Must hold a valid license or be eligible (in Missouri: technician/applicator licensing under Missouri Department of Agriculture) for General Structural / Termite / Pest Control. Missouri Department of Agriculture 2Missouri Department of Agriculture 2
- Strong communication and customer service skills (you’ll interact with property managers/tenants).
- Self starter attitude: no one watching over your shoulder every minute.
- Physically able to climb, bend, carry equipment, work outdoors in all weather.
- Clean driving record (you’ll drive company vehicle).
- High standards of safety, no shortcuts, doesn’t cut corners.

Schedule
