Job Overview
Clinician provides individual and group counseling to the assigned population. Completes documentation requirements, assesses and treats individual's needs. The position requires a self-motivated individual who can effectively monitor activities, facilitate appropriate services to meet consumer and community needs, and positively engage with consumers and community stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide behavioral therapy and counseling services, including crisis intervention and psychotherapy, to clients of all ages.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and support.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment.
Experience
Candidates must possess the following
- Master's degree
- Licensed or eligible for supervision in Oklahoma as an LPC, LADC, LMFT, or LCSW
