About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Tech/Medical Assistant to support our providers with patient care in a busy multidisciplinary PIP clinic. This role works directly with chiropractic, orthopedic, and pain management providers.
We are seeking a hands-on Tech/Medical Assistant to support our providers with patient care in a busy multidisciplinary PIP clinic. This role works directly with chiropractic, orthopedic, and pain management providers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist providers with patient care and treatment plans
- Set up and perform physiotherapy modalities (e-stim, ultrasound, traction, etc.)
- Prepare patients for treatment and guide them through therapies
- Maintain treatment areas and ensure equipment is clean and organized
- Support patient flow and assist with room turnover
- Assist with documentation as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in a chiropractic, orthopedic, or PIP clinic preferred
- Experience with physiotherapy modalities is a plus
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working directly with patients
- Team player with a positive attitude
