MCMS uses the trans-disciplinary team approach to serve those who are in need of Nursing Services, Personal Care, and Companion/Sitter care.
Job Description
The Home Health Aide-CNA is primarily responsible for providing direct care to the patients while they are living in their home.
Caring for the patient’s including but not limited to:
• Bathing (showering/sponge bath, etc)
• Grooming, (hair and nails) and hygiene
• Walking, standing, positioning with mobility
• Feeding meal preparation, nutritional supervision
• Toileting/catheter, etc.
• Shopping, run errands
• Medication reminder
• Transportation
• Nutritional plans
Qualifications
- Required CNA in Georgia ; with 2 years experience
- Knowledge of personal care and disability conditions
- Experience working with children, adults and elderly
Additional Information
Salary is based on experience and will be addressed upon interview.
This position is a Part-time/PRN position and requires some weekends and on-call.
