About the Role

We’re looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven operations leader to help elevate our patient and staff experience, strengthen referring provider outreach, and support key growth initiatives across our network.

This role is ideal for someone who loves people, understands how medical practices operate, and wants the autonomy to build and lead meaningful programs.

What You’ll Lead

Referring Provider Outreach

• Strengthen OD/MD referral relationships

• Build structured communication and outreach systems

• Represent MEC/LCI professionally in the community

Patient Experience

• Improve satisfaction across all touchpoints

• Implement feedback loops and service excellence processes

• Support smoother clinic flow and consistent service standards

Staff Engagement & Culture

• Support retention-focused initiatives

• Assist with communication, training, and alignment across teams

Social Media & Digital Presence

• Oversee social media strategy and content

• Highlight technology, surgical outcomes, physician expertise, and patient success stories

Operational Support & Growth

• Help optimize workflows and reduce inefficiencies

• Assist in multi-site coordination, expansion projects, and service line launches

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, ophthalmology/optometry, or medical practice management

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Polished, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for elevating patient and staff experience
