- Communicate clearly with veterinary technicians and doctors about patient needs
- Check in and check out patients, including handling invoices and payments
- Triage incoming calls and relay messages to veterinary staff
- Greet clients and patients warmly in person and over the phone
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Handle prescription refill requests and relay information to veterinary staff
- Ensure the reception area and lobby is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials
- Handle client concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate patient records and client files in the system
- Collect and process invoices and payments accurately.
