CDL Tanker Truck Driver

We are currently looking for an experienced CDL Tanker Truck Driver to come work with us at Mullins Cheese. We are a 4th generation family owned businesses. Our current location has been producing dairy products for 50 years and ships dairy products globally.

Position Summary:

Operate industrial tanker trucks or tractors equipped to move materials around a farm, intake, warehouse, storage yard, factory, construction site, or similar location. Document and maintain appropriate records for loads.

Essential Job Functions:

• Inspect product load for accuracy, and safely move it to ensure timely and complete delivery.
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and auxiliary equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, and fueling.
• Weigh materials or products, and record weight and other production data.
• Turn valves and open chutes to dump, spray, or release materials
• Sample load/cow samples for antibiotics, pH, and other possible inadequacies
• Wash/sanitize bulk tank interior, hose and pump compartment, vents, and vent covers via manual or automatic controls
• Maintain clean work environment, clean wash tanks, and complete documentation required by agriculture agencies and/or the dairy plant
• Comply with all processes and procedures of SQF 2000 to assure safe, quality product
• Report loads that are positive for antibiotics or other milk inadequacies

Schedule Requirements:

• Normal: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Wage:

• Minimum starting wage: $22
• Starting wage based upon experience
• $3.00 Shift Premium 6pm6am. MondayFriday. All Day Saturday

1.5x pay over 40 hours

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certifications: Class B CDL with Tanker Endorsement
• Education: None must be 18 years old to become certified in sampling
• Experience: 01 years
• Willing and Able to perform all job essential functions with or without accommodation
• Willing and Able to be exposed to/perform all physical and environmental factors

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Bulk Hauler’s License, Class B CDL with Tanker Endorsement
• Education: High School Diploma
• Experience: 13 years in high endurance driving position
