Mullinax Automotive, a proud family-owned business, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our team at Hyundai Montgomery. We’re excited to soon be operating in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility designed to offer the best in service and comfort, featuring 49 service bays and a fully climate-controlled environment.

As Service Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-tier customer satisfaction, maintaining and expanding our loyal customer base, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of service advisors and technicians.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
- Oversee daily service operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and grow the service department’s customer base.
- Monitor key performance metrics and strive for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and parts departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager in an automotive dealership or similar environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a team.
