The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 80 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job are dictated by the Louisiana Driver’s License requirements.

Reports To: Production Manager
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide landscaping maintenance on commercial and residential properties in accordance with Mullin’s quality standards for turf and flower care, pruning and weed control.
- Uphold the values of Mullin’s
- Establish and maintain safety and security for all employees and customers.
- Demonstrate Mullin’s customer service standards at all times.
- Inspect trucks and equipment daily to ensure they are in good working order and equipped with proper safety equipment, and report any problems to production manager.
- Use effective communication skills.
- Use push, ride and stand-up mowers, edger’s, pruners, weed eaters, blowers and other equipment to complete jobs.
- Use all appropriate equipment for watering and weed spraying.
- Build positive relationships with customers and employees.
- A solid work ethic and good teamwork skills
- Skills in various gardening techniques and equipment
- High school degree or GED is preferred
- Ability to read and write
- Must have the minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping or construction
- Horticulture knowledge standards of pruning, planting and, digging, mulching
