Duties
- Lead and supervise bartending staff, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company standards
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and health standards including food handling procedures
- Train new team members on beverage preparation, POS operation, customer service techniques, and safety protocols
Skills
- Proven experience as a Lead Bartender or similar role in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings
- Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Demonstrated ability in sales techniques to upsell drinks and increase revenue opportunities
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience in food safety practices, food handling, catering, and retail math calculations
- Ability to manage cash handling accurately and perform basic math quickly under pressure
- Knowledge of brewing processes, beverage trends, and hospitality best practices
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and foster a positive work environment
