Responsibilities

• Take and serve drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with food safety standards and responsible serving practices.
• Manage cash handling procedures including cashiering duties, processing payments swiftly, and balancing registers at shift end.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling protocols.
• Assist with food service during banquets or catering events, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen staff and guests.
• Support nightclub or retail operations by engaging with diverse clientele, managing wait times, and upselling menu items to boost sales.
• Keep accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and incident reports as needed.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is essential; fine dining or banquet experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing.
• Demonstrated ability in time management to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude that creates welcoming environments for all guests.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices.
• Experience working in nightclubs or catering environments is a plus for adapting to high-energy settings.
