We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead our Dry Utility Installation projects, including power, telecom, gas, and fiber infrastructure. This role is responsible for overseeing all phases of project execution—from pre-construction planning through final delivery—ensuring safety, quality, and profitability in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of dry utility projects across multiple job sites.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, utility providers, municipalities, and subcontractors.
- Oversee field crews and foremen, ensuring adherence to safety standards, production goals, and quality expectations.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, permits, and utility coordination plans.
- Track project progress using reporting tools and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Identify and resolve field issues, change orders, and conflicts with minimal disruption to timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as utility company standards.
- Mentor project managers and field supervisors, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 5 Years in Dry Utility Construction
- Ability to Read and Interpret Utility Plans
- Experience working on Data Centers
- Proven track record managing large-scale utility projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of power and telecom installation standards and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
