Duties
- Assist customers or technicians in locating parts using inventory management systems.
- Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, organizing parts displays, and conducting regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Process sales transactions accurately, handle cashing out with professionalism, and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment by stocking shelves, managing order fulfillment, and ensuring the availability of high-demand parts
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support to remote customers or vendors
- Support dealership experience standards by delivering exceptional customer service that fosters loyalty and repeat business
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and vehicle maintenance practices to provide credible advice
