Automotive Sales Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for automobiles. Experience preferred but not necessarily required. We will train the right candidate with no experience. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, guide them through the purchasing process, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
• Utilize sales techniques to generate leads and expand the customer base.
• Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to final sale, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct cold calling and outbound sales efforts to attract potential buyers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote dealership events and special offers.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and manage sales activities.
• Engage in upselling opportunities to maximize revenue on each sale.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills

• Proven experience in B2B sales, or automobile sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent public speaking abilities for presentations and customer interactions.
• Proficient in CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales data.
• Familiarity with retail math and inventory management practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
