Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment. We will train the right candidate with no experience. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, guide them through the purchasing process, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Utilize sales techniques to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to final sale, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct cold calling and outbound sales efforts to attract potential buyers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote dealership events and special offers.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and manage sales activities.
- Engage in upselling opportunities to maximize revenue on each sale.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales, or automobile sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent public speaking abilities for presentations and customer interactions.
- Proficient in CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales data.
- Familiarity with retail math and inventory management practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
