What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equipment Salesman position at Mullen Industrial Handling Corporation?
Mullen Industrial is looking for an experienced salesperson to sell Material Handling products and services. Equipment to include: Commercial Doors, Levelers, Forklifts, Compactors, Balers, Dock Equipment, Scrubbers and other miscellaneous equipment.
Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience.
Will be required to develop and maintain good relations with new and existing customers.
Promote sales for Parts, Rentals, Service and After Market.
Sell planned (PM) contracts.
Prepare quotes and pricing to customers.
Individual will be assigned a territory and customer accounts.
This is a salaried position with Biweekly pay. Commission is paid monthly.
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, explaining various products and their benefits.
Will be required to attend Sales Meetings, Manufacturer Training and any other informational sessions required of position.
Sales Experience, 5 years is a plus.
Good customer service skills and relations.
Proven sales success in previous job.
Ability to put together a sales quote for customer. Experience working with Microsoft Word required.
Computer skill experience required.
Must be motivated to sell and achieve goals set by Sales Manager.
