Mull Group is seeking a reliable and detail oriented Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk to support our accounting and operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys accuracy, consistency, and being a critical part of a well run organization. You will play an important role in keeping financial data organized, accurate, and up to date across multiple operating companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate accounts receivable and accounts payable data
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment records
- Match invoices to supporting documentation and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with data cleanup, reconciliation, and reporting as needed
- Communicate with internal teams regarding invoice status and data questions
- Follow established procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Support accounting and administrative teams with additional clerical tasks as assigned
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and common Windows based software
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and basic spreadsheet functions
- Comfort working with accounting or financial data
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP software
- Experience working in a manufacturing or multi company environment
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounting processes

Pay is negotiable based on experience.
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
