Role Description - The Project Manager role at SCS is a full-time position. SCS main office is based in Media, PA. The Project Manager will coordinate and oversee class action notice and administration, ensuring tasks, timelines, and resources are managed effectively from initiation through completion. Daily responsibilities include tracking case-related workflows, organizing documentation, communicating with internal teams; law firms and external stakeholders, and monitoring project milestones. The role involves managing logistics, expediting critical deliverables, supporting inspections or quality checks of project outputs, and identifying risks or issues that could impact deadlines. The Project Manager will also contribute to process improvements, maintain project records, and ensure that all work aligns with established standards and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
- Expeditor and Expediting skills to prioritize tasks, accelerate critical activities, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Inspection experience to review documentation, processes, or outputs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, manage workflows, and support efficient case-related operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
