Delivery Driver

Mule Box Bay Area is looking to HIRE a DRIVER/DELIVERY SPECIALIST to deliver and pick up our portable storage units. Get in on the ground floor with our company and grow with us! ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Service Representative: essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

· Provide excellent customer service by executing deliveries and other requests for services as scheduled

· Ensure customers are being serviced as scheduled in a timely and professional manner.

· Ensure trucks, robotic box hauler and forklifts are being maintained properly and in accordance with Company procedures.

· Ensure proper maintenance of facility and storage units.

· Work over-time as needed to ensure customer transactions are completed.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Education – High School diploma required.

• Like doing a little bit of everything when not delivering boxes.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to perform with little or no supervision.

Skills –

• Ability to interact positively and professionally with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Ability to communicate with management team and ideas for improvements.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Specialized knowledge and/or licenses –

• Must have an excellent driving record.
• Knowledge of the Bay Area metro area (specifically South Bay)
• We will run a background check and cannot hire any person with a felony.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: 

· Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a remote control (controls the box mover).

· Ability to sit and be patient during extended periods of rush hour traffic.

· Ability to verbally communicate so that customers will be able to clearly understand a normal conversation both in person and over the phone.

· Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
