Mulco is a Plumbing, Heating and HVAC company serving the East End of Long Island. Mulco provides services for new construction and installations as well as service and preventative maintenance.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
- Preparing Proposals and Estimates and overseeing their submission
- Following up on open proposals to the point of signing
- Developing a comprehensive sales strategy for the company
- Thinking creatively to develop new sales channels
- Having general knowledge of construction, plumbing and heating
- Working with team members to prepare and deliver proposals to customers
- Sourcing opportunities to market Mulco strategically
- Visiting job sites as needed to prepare thorough and accurate proposals
- Assist with Customer Service Requests and Problem Resolution
This position has a base salary of $75,000 commissions Spiffs paid on signed contracts, which will be a percentage of gross sales; amounts to be disclosed at the next step in the interview process.
