Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Mulberry Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to our residents. The LPN will work closely with our nursing team to support daily care, administer treatments, and ensure the health and well-being of each resident.
Shift Availabilty: 7am to 3am, 3pm to 11pm, 11pm to 7am
LPN Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents’ health, report changes, and document care accurately
Assist with assessments and contribute to care planning
Support residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare team members
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
LPN Qualifications:
Current and valid LPN license
Strong clinical and communication skills
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred (but not required)
