Duties
- Prepare and assemble a variety of sushi rolls with precision, creativity, and consistency, ensuring each piece meets high-quality standards.
- Manage daily food production activities, including ingredient prep, portioning, and presentation to optimize efficiency and freshness.
- Supervise kitchen staff involved in sushi making, providing guidance on techniques, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Oversee inventory control of seafood, rice, vegetables, and other ingredients to minimize waste and ensure availability for peak service times.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all sushi preparation areas.

Skills
