As a Supply Chain Leader, you will lead strategic sourcing and project-specific sourcing to support product development and project execution. You will proactively engage during the sales phase to support timing, budget, and alternatives, and ensure supplier commitment dates align with project milestones. You will own execution and expediting activities, including ordering/change order management, shipment tracking, lead-time monitoring, and ensuring engineering changes are reflected in orders and delivery plans. You will strengthen supplier and internal stakeholder relationships through structured engagement and supplier scorecard feedback, and provide clear reporting and tracking across project-specific, product-specific, and KPI-specific views.

Position Description
Strategic sourcing:
- Support of product development with New Supplier evaluation, commercial, and technology-wise.
- Commercial relationship building and contract management
- Framework agreements / Single Contract (Global, local, PO)
- Cost reduction / Quality Improvement negotiations and initiatives
- Service Provider relationships (contract labor, etc.)
- Define supplier commitment expectations and escalation paths within commercial agreements to support on-time delivery.
- Proactively engage during the sales phase of our project to support Timing, Budget, and Alternatives
- Cost reduction / Quality Improvement negotiations and initiatives
- Internal and External Project deviations and disruptions management
- Supplier commit-date alignment to project milestones (including feasibility validation during project handover phase).
- Define recovery options when supplier dates change (expedite, alternates, resequencing).
