The Product Manager will play a key role in supporting product development processes, analyzing market trends, defining product features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will gain hands-on experience in product lifecycle management and be instrumental in helping deliver high-quality products that meet user needs.
Position Description:
- Assist in defining product requirements, roadmaps, and timelines.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure the timely delivery of product features.
- Help in conducting user research and gathering feedback to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Support the creation of product documentation, including user stories, release notes, and specifications.
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Monitor product performance and gather analytics to support optimization.
- Engage, manage Internal and External resources to optimize for cost and delivery schedule
- Help in managing product backlogs and prioritizing feature requests.
- Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product success.
- Communicate product progress and updates to stakeholders.
- Support for root cause analysis and resolution path development in case of malfunction
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 1 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science or Consulting
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights.
- Basic understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
Physical Demands/ Work Environment:
- Travel Requirement: Less than 35%. Domestically / Internationally.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to work extended hours as required
- Warehouse exposure
