Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, for a Visual Merchandising Manager at MUJI U.S.A. Limited. In this role, you will design and implement effective visual displays and layouts that align with MUJI’s brand identity and enhance the shopping experience. You will oversee store displays, develop engaging window exhibits, and collaborate with store teams to ensure consistency and appeal. You will also manage team members responsible for visual merchandising and coordinate with store management to meet sales objectives and elevate customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in building appealing window displays and creating in-store visual designs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership
- Experience in sales strategies and meeting store performance goals
- Familiarity with store management and operational processes
- Knowledge of retail trends and ability to adapt designs accordingly
- Degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities
