What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Generalist position at Muir Wood Healthcare?
Description
Human Resources Generalist – Onsite | Petaluma, CA
At Muir Wood, we treat adolescents and teens navigating some of the hardest moments of their lives — and the people who work here show up for that every day. Our HR team keeps the people who do that work supported, valued, and set up to succeed. If you want a job that connects to something real, this is it.
Salary Range: $70,000–$85,000 annually (DOE)
About The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team and serve as a frontline resource for employees and managers. This is a hands-on, generalist role where you'll handle day-to-day HR operations — from employee inquiries and leave administration to workers' compensation and policy guidance — in close partnership with our HRBP and Senior HR Director.
If you're someone who thrives on keeping things organized, communicates with care, and takes pride in solving problems before they escalate, this role is a great fit.
