COTA Home Health Job Description
Our company is seeking a highly skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Home Health settings.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a COTA in a Home Health setting.
- BLS certification is mandatory.
- Licensed and certified in good standing.
Work Environment:
- 5-7 patients per day, with a guaranteed 40 hours of work per week.
- Geriatric cases only, with first-time travelers accepted.
- No on-call requirements.
- Flexible territory within a 60-mile radius from the hub/office.
- Locals and travelers are welcome, with travel rate reimbursement.
Equipment and Policies:
- Scrubs attire, any color except jeans.
- No personal cell phones allowed.
- iPad provided for clinical use.
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.
