Role Description:
The Heights of Knoxville, a premier student housing community serving University of Tennessee students, is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, customer-service driven, and highly motivated to meet leasing goals. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for greeting prospective residents, conducting property tours, responding to inquiries, closing leases, and assisting with renewals and move-ins. You’ll also support marketing efforts, maintain accurate lease records using property management software, and help plan resident events. The ideal candidate has previous leasing or sales experience (student housing experience is a plus), strong communication skills, and a professional, friendly attitude.
