Oven Operator

• Use of a forklift

• Use of tools such as a refractometer and pry bars
• Technologically inclined
• Mechanically inclined decision making

• Self sufficiency
• Working off-shift

• Ability to read, write and understand job documentation
• Physical coordination to lift and move product
• Trainable with fork lift truck
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
• Math ability, including conversions (English & Metric units)
• Ability to read, use and understand measuring devices
• Ability to understand machine computer functions
• Trainable with CNC, PLC controls and SPC documentation
• Ability to load material, perform changeovers, and make needed adjustments during production on all oven lines
• Ability to perform quality checks
• Ability to operate a crane and basket transport devices
• Perform minor oven line adjustments and repairs
