Providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are crucial for success in this role. Greeting and seating, Welcoming guests, Menu knowledge, memorization, familiarizing themselves with menu items, specials, and ingredients to offer recommendations and answer questions. Table maintenance, clearing finished courses, refilling drinks, and ensuring tables are clean and organized. Payment Processing, preparing bills, splitting checks, applying discounts, Process payments, and providing receipts. Managing multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Side Work, Polishing and rolling silverware, Setting the table ready for service. Teamwork, Working effectively with other staff members. Physical stamina, being able to stand and walk for extended periods. Basic math, handling cash transactions and calculating bills.
