Responsibilities
- Managing liquor, beer, and wine inventory, and overseeing ordering.
- Creating and implementing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
- Assisting with daily back-of-house (BOH) prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Coordinating and managing catering orders.
- Maintaining a high level of service and guest satisfaction.
- Forecasting sales and planning accordingly. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in customer service, preferably within the restaurant industry.
- Ability to provide verifiable professional references.
- Assertiveness and strong leadership skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration.
- Experience in liquor, beer, and wine inventory and ordering is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment.
