Responsibilities include:
Preparing detailed estimates, quantity takeoffs, and cost breakdowns for commercial construction projects
Managing the full bidding process, including subcontractor outreach, scope review, and bid leveling
Developing project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans
Coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout all project phases
Overseeing project execution to ensure quality, safety, and schedule performance
Maintaining accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change management
Leading project meetings and communicating clearly with all stakeholders

QualificationsQualifications include:
5–10 years of commercial construction estimating and project management experience
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
Proficiency with digital takeoff and estimating software
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
