Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Manager for our Muffler Man Auto Repair shops to lead multiple operational units within our organization. This pivotal role involves overseeing regional business activities, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across all locations. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for leadership, a strategic mindset, Must have minimum 6 yrs Automotive Repair experience and a proven track record in managing teams, optimizing processes, and boosting profitability. As a Regional Manager, you will inspire teams, develop business strategies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to achieve organizational goals. You will be traveling across Michigan supporting/improving our Muffler Man facilities.
Duties
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to regional teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and high performance
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand business opportunities and increase market share within the region
- Oversee profit and loss responsibilities, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded through effective budget management and cost control
- Supervise daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Drive business development efforts by building relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to generate new revenue streams
- Manage projects related to process improvements, operational efficiencies, and service delivery enhancements
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate regional performance and implement corrective actions as needed
