The family is looking for someone who can confidently manage the children's weekend routines, prepare their meals and snacks, keep them engaged in age-appropriate activities, and provide attentive, thoughtful care throughout the weekend.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, attentive, and engaging care for three children.
- Support the children's daily weekend routines, including meals, rest periods, playtime, and transitions.
- Prepare children's breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
- Plan and participate in age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities.
- Maintain a safe, calm, and structured environment.
- Monitor the children during occasional parent outings on Friday or Saturday evenings.
- Help keep children's areas neat and organized throughout the weekend.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with the parents regarding the children's needs, routines, and activities.
- Model positive behavior and provide patient, supportive guidance.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior nanny experience caring for three children.
- Recent experience with younger children, preferably ages 1–6.
- Strong English language and communication skills.
- Comfortable preparing simple, child-friendly meals and snacks.
- Energetic, healthy, and physically able to keep up with young children.
- Own reliable car and ability to commute independently to the family's home.
- Long-term availability and commitment strongly preferred.
