Compensation: $75,000 to $90,000 per year, Paid via W2 (paid on the books)

A family in Linden, NC is seeking a highly organized housekeeper to oversee the daily operations and presentation of multiple homes. This role ensures the residences are impeccably maintained, fully provisioned, and always guest-ready. There is a dog in the home.
Main Work Duties:
House Cleaning & Daily Reset:
- Maintain clean, clutter-free, guest-ready homes.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchen, floors, surfaces, and common areas.
- Handle trash, recycling, and packaging disposal.
- Complete end-of-day reset for calm mornings.
Daily Laundry Management:
- Run daily laundry with no backlog.
- Wash, fold/hang, and put away clothing same day.
- Rotate bedding and towels regularly.
- Manage dry cleaning end-to-end.
Guest & Family Readiness:
- Prepare guest rooms before arrivals.
- Provide light hosting support as needed.
- Reset home after guests and keep properties drop-in ready.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 solid years as a housekeeper.
- Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
- Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
- Must have a valid US passport and must be able to travel when needed.
