What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Grounds/Punch Maintenance-Greenfield, IN position at Muesing Management Company?
Muesing Management is a local management company that is seeking a Grounds/Maintenance Punch Technician to join our team at our four Greenfield properties. The properties consist of Greenfield Knoll, Preserve on Blue Road, and Reflections I & II at Bluestone. This position would require you to assist at all locations.

The Grounds/Maintenance Punch Technician is responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas of the community. The Grounds/Maintenance Punch Technician may also assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in by new residents, and in completing resident requests for service as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Must have the ability to safely operate small hand tools and mechanical equipment. General hand tools are required. A team player with a positive attitude is a must.
What your day might look like:
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner
- Participate in an ongoing community maintenance and improvement plan
- Responsible for complying with the company’s and the community’s operating and safety policies and procedures
The experience we hope you have:
1 year experience in apartment property grounds maintenance and pool care preferred but not required. Must have reliable transportation and valid license to commute to multiple properties, and use property golf cart.

Physical Demands:
· Ability to climb stairs while pulling an appliance dolly
· Ability to easily ascend and descend a ladder
· Ability to lift/carry 75lbs
· Ability to consistently stoop, kneel, and bend over.
