Quality Control Technician Lead Person

QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN LEAD
Lead Quality Control Technician will be responsible for overseeing quality inspection processes, ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Lead Quality Control Technician will investigate quality issues and strive for continuous process improvements.
• Perform inspections, testing, and audits to verify compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate production defects, identified root cause and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with Quality Supervision (Stacey Boozer) to improve product quality and reduce product loss

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work from a standing position for an extended period of time.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.

Work Schedule

• 1ST Shift: M - F_6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: M -F_ 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Pay Classification

• Full-Tiime
• $17.00 – $17.50 Hr
• 2nd Shift $1.00HR shift Premium
