What You’ll Do:
- Provide outstanding, attentive service to all guests
- Guide guests through our food and drink menus with confidence and enthusiasm
- Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Handle payments, follow safety procedures, and uphold company standards
- Represent the Mudlick Tap House brand with professionalism and pride
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A sense of urgency, attention to detail, and desire to exceed guest expectations
- Must be 19 years old and eligible to serve alcohol in the state of Ohio
