Position Summary:
This person will utilize web analytics and data to interpret and uncover insights that define opportunities in traffic generation, page conversions, user experience improvements, site performance optimization and lead generation. They will execute and optimize website products and site merchandising.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Ecommerce product management; Maintaining B2B website, catalogs and point of sale app by loading, merchandising and maintaining products.
- Create product categories based on merchandising feedback, current trends and analysis of product and category metrics
- Manage quality assurance for both the B2B website and point of sale app
- Create and manage B2B website reports and KPIs
- Manage the graphics and promotions on the B2B website.
- Function as the main support person for all B2B website and product data issues – including after-hours
- Attend and work seasonal Atlanta shows at Americas Mart, with possible travel to shows in other cities as deemed necessary
- Assist in planning the B2B marketing calendar and content briefs with Graphic Designer
- Slice and build B2B emails within our email-marketing platform(s)
- Create and manage website landing pages, product lists and categories for marketing purposes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 2 years of Digital Marketing and Ecommerce experience, with B2B industry experience a plus
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and website best practices
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics
- Prior knowledge of basic web programming skills i.e. HTML and CSS
- Basic understanding of Photoshop, Canva and Ecommerce
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in Excel
- Familiarity with CMS (Content Management Systems) – experience with Umbraco is a plus
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms Klaviyo and/or Acoustic
